Our Iberian ham has a green label, that is to say, the pigs have been bred in the countryside. The ham comes from Iberian pigs which are at least 50% pure bred. They feed from natural pasture and aromatic herbs, a diet complemented by natural fodder. This is the best quality ham behind Iberian acorn-fed ham.
